- Strong relationships with music supervisors, editors, and producers
- Proven success in securing sync placements for independent artists or catalogs
- Deep understanding of sync trends (TV / Film / Trailers / Advertising)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal execution skills
- Organized and proactive approach
